「Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!」

「Love staying here but the pet fees per night are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS now. It needs to be a set fee FOR THE STAY, NOT EACH NIGHT which adds nearly $100 per night to the stay if you have more than one dog. The absolutely sterling and helpful staff, whether front desk, dining room, cleaning the rooms, etc. are amazing, especially the ever sweet woman at the front desk who ALWAYS is kind, cheerful, and willing to help us in any way she can! I wish I could remember her name!」

「The lobby looked great, once you walked to the hallways where the rooms are located there was bags and bags of trash lined up in front of the room doors. Front desk staff not very friendly, seemed to be bothered by checking people in. The maintance staff tried helping but did not have the same access as front desk staff to provide information/receipts. Carpets in halls look like they are never vaccumed as well as the elevator. Elevator walls look like they are never wiped down. No parking...

「Our stay was good. No issues or problems」

「So we stayed in this hotel twice on our trip. Hotel is under Construction some construction going on outside of the properties .Rooms were not properly cleaned,there were stains around the toilet and In the shower tub.. we were just staying for one night and we didn’t have time to ask them get it clean or change our room. But still Cleaning crew should take care of this matter.」

「We have stayed at this location multiple times in the past 5 years. It has always been clean and the staff friendly. We have chosen this location due to the no pets policy it has had, however that has changed. We have nothing against pets, however my spouse is very allergic to the dander. It is one thing to allow service animals, but I personally saw 6 dogs during our 2 day stay and only 1 had on a service vest. The small elevator smelled like dog which is stomach turning when you are...
