"Horrible experience. Worst experience in a hotel. Booked our reservation 2 months in advance and showed up 3 house after check in and room was not ready and had to wait for 1 hour after driving 9 hours with young children. Staff blew off the situation and when escalated to the manager Mark he threatened to kick us out of the facility for simply bringing up the issue. First review I’ve left but this hotel and staff are horrible. Would not recommend and will never stay at this facility again. "

Microplastics aside, have we not all seen the floating plastic islands by now? Some hotels have shifted to corn-based or more biodegradable single use flatware. Still, I would stay here again. "

"The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was cold with dirty stuff floating all in it. The room was very run down, the couch and chair had holes in the upholstery. Other than that, it was clean, conveniently located, friendly staff, and the breakfast was a good selection! "
