「The location was fantastic. Getting to & from was made easy by the front desk by providing our taxi service. Even with our 5:45 am start they greeted us with coffee & croissants to go. The rooms were nice and well-appointed with waters & juices too. Getting extra provisions like towels & coffee pods was quick and dependable. Overall I’d highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the charming town of Beaune.」

「The rooms were quite large and nicely appointed. There was some kind of promotional event on at the hotel and I found our service was impacted several times at the bar as clearly the staff were catering to what looked to be influencers or reviewers. Another example was that when I was waiting for my husband to complete a call in our room, I inquired about getting some food at the bar and was told they only offered room service, which could not be delivered to the tables in the courtyard -...

「This could have been great for the price But the room we got had the worst smell in the bathroom, smelled like sewage. Since its self checking and staff only morning and evening, at the time we checked in I couldn’t speak to someone, we took it. Every time we had to go the bathroom it’s stunk the whole room It was so bad that in the early morning we did not take our shower and had to brush our teeth in the restroom in the lobby. Choose another hotel」
