「We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.」

「The facility was new and clean, and the hospitality of the staffs was very good. The Wi-fi connection was fast and stable. The hotel is located very close to the Osh Bazar and the main street (Prospect Chui) where multiple routes of bus including the airport express bus (#153) are available. 」

「The rooms in this hotel are very nice, modern and extremely clean. All is brand new. Staff is helpful and nice. What i didn't like was the area (rather ugly and i didn't feel very safe there). Also, it was pretty noisy in the rooms as the windows were not soundproof and there is a street on one side and the children's playground on the other side of this hotel. 」
