Good location, great staff,great hotel

The staff were very helpful. I had an early arrival (6AM) and early departure (2AM) the next day. I was able to check-in early have breakfast and get a quick nap. They also helped me in getting a car tour at a reasonable price to some sites and a restaurant. When I had to check out at 2AM, I gave them the time I needed to have a taxi ('transfer' in local terms) and they had one ready. The hotel lobby is also nice with an open floor plan. Wi-fi was good and included when I stayed.

Okay hotel. Vores aircon virkede dog kun svagt, men der var en fan, som virkede. Morgenmaden er god og med god udsigt i restauranten. Hotellet ligger lidt i udkanten af byen, men man kan gå til de vigtigste ting på 15-20 min. Personalet var hjælpsom

Tolles Hotel am Rande der City in Bishkek

Modernes Hotel in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse am Rande der Innenstadt. Gute Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten/Supermarkt in ca 1.5km; City zu Fuss oder per Taxi ca. 3.5km. Zimmer nicht riesig, aber modern u zweckmaessig eingerichtet, Klima, Dusche, Kuehlschrank, Wasserkocher, TV. Besonders gut hat mir die Badbeleuchtung per Bewegungsmelder gefallen. Und genug Steckdosen zum Laden von elktr. devices. Hervorragendes (westliches u lokales) Fruehstueck, dazu pro Tag 1 kostenloses Mineralwasser im Zimmer. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich, hoeflich u hilfsbereit, Parkplaetze direkt ggue. des Hoteleingangs. Eine perfekte Unterkunft fuer Business- und Privatreisende zu einem angemessenen Preis.

Excellent stay with fantastic hotel staff

My stay was over 17 days/nights while on business and despite a very heavy and intense work schedule, I could not have had a better and nicer stay. The hotel is very modern, extremely clean, the maid service is excellent, WIFI works quite well, the business center is convenient, and the breakfast is quite tasty with a very large choice and high quality of food. Additionally, the hotel has an excellent location in the south of Bishkek off a main south-north street - equally not far from the center of the city and the mountains while also with the airport easily accessible. But without a doubt the element of my stay that stands out in my mind is how the hotel staff are incredibly professional, accommodating, and friendly. Finally, the price of the hotel is very reasonable and I would rate the value/experience to price of the stay at this hotel to greatly exceed that of staying in more expensive hotels in Bishkek. In short, this hotel is a great and winning choice and any traveler will be most happy with making it their choice for any length of stay.

Hotel davvero carino, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Punti deboli: - Stanza freddina - Ho scelto la colazione la sera prima ma non hanno portato tutto ciò che avevo scelto - Ho chiesto un taxi per le 8:20, è arrivato alle 8:00 e il taxista pretendeva che io pagassi per l'attesa. Alla fine ha pagato l'hotel. - Al check out mi hanno fatto attendere 30 minuti perché non riuscivano ad effettuare il pagamento con la mia carta (mai successo, di solito i soldi li scalano subito). Alla fine me ne sono andato e il prelievo è stato effettuato dopo la mia partenza. Nonostante ciò rimane una soluzione valida, lo consiglierei comunque.
