The property is modern and in a good location. Staff were helpful. The reason for my’average’ rating is because the restaurant was closed - and will be until 20th November - and this was the main reason for our opting for this hotel over others. As a result, breakfast was provided by the branch of ‘Capito’ over the road. We had to negotiate with hotel what could be provided to us - and for example paid for butter. There was nothing on the hotel website about this closure and the reason for it (and I suspect there still isn’t…) so guests booking in this period will do so expecting a restaurant and onsite breakfast.
