The hotel has s nice courtyard, but even though, there are non-smoking signs, it seems that everyone smokes there. The same in the hotel, smokesmell all over. In our room it clearly was spread through the ventilation in the bathroom. We had two bedrooms, with comfortable beds, but air-conditioning was just in one room. That might work when it's not too hot, but it's not the best idea during summer.

An Absolute No 😐

I've never experienced anything to dramatically bad in Bishkeks hospitality sector as this hotel... Imagine, if you will, having your door thunder slammed with a fist at 07:45am continuously whilst a staff member screams your name and yells 'breakfast!', 'breakfast!'. Then imagine having the same person repeat that exact same process at 10:15 after you've just had a shower and you're getting dressed.... This place is not a legitimate hotel either...but an obvious front for personal guest and staff experiences....if you know what I mean.... Additionally, 1/2 showers were broken and the basin filled up due to a blocked drain which was very unhygienic. The room was in a basement and the window when opened let in Cigarette smoke and loud sounds. The towels smelt unclean, and there was a stain on my bed cover. I do not recommend this place at all!

В целом хорошо. Чисто, красиво, уютная общая зона. Единственная проблема – в бронировании было указано, что завтрак включён, а по факту оказалось, что нет. А я специально искала вариант с завтраком чтобы мне не пришлось в чужом городе утром голодной бегать и искать как бы снять деньги (мою карту не принимают в Кыргызстане).

On a fait une réclamation, on aimerait être recontacter pour avoir un dédommagement, un contrôle devrait être fait sur les hôtels que vous proposez. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, juste une petite lucarne. Si elle est ouverte il y a le bruit de la cour jusqu'à 4h du matin. Si elle est fermé il fait trop chaud. Les matelas ne sont pas a mémoire de forme, matelas posé sur une planche en bois. On a demandé à ne pas avoir de petit déjeuner, le personnel frappait très fort à la porte le matin, nous réveillait pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Impossible de dormir. Musique dans l'hôtel, on a demandé à 23:30 d'éteindre la musique. Salle de bain pas nettoyée régulièrement, plein d'eau au sol et toilettes sales. Pas de piscine. Pas de savon individuel, savonnette a partager avec les autres usagers Toute la description est fausse. 15 euros est une arnaque. Merci de nous dédommager car dans le cas contraire nous ne passerons plus par vos services et nous partagerons cette expérience sur les réseaux sociaux de voyageur avec plus de 250 000 abonnés.

That hotel deceived me and I found myself and my guest in a very bad and shame situation. The issue is that, when I make reservation I had to choose the room (just like that which appear in this review) with one big bed or tow separate small beds, I reserved with two beds (without any doubt that the both choices are at the same category) BUT, they show me an extremely small room with tow beds and off course couldn't be compare with that which were in their site which appear in this review, and that one which was offered to me, when I didn't accept it and asked to get the room with a big bed, they told me that they are different categories and that I had to pay extra money. With a very unbelievable chock, I had to leave disappointed about this way to deceive. and I had to reserve and pay (unexceptionally big sum of money) in another hotel I'm still waiting your reaction to solve this situation specially that I'm still in Bishkek (nearly out of money) because of cancellation of two flights I had to use to return home because of Corona virus issue. Thanks in advanced.

I liked the quiet neighbourhood. The quality of renovations was fine. Both days the water in the shower turned cold after one minute - I'm not sure what the problem was. When I tried to leave my room the second morning, the lock took 100 tries before it opened. I told the staff about the lock and they apologized.

The hotel offers free breakfest on Expedia. When i asked anout breakfest the hotel staff laughed at me and said I had to pay. Either they were to lazy to make it or they falsly advertise it. Dont stay here!

Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Area looks a bit run down at first but is an easy taxi ride from the centre. Don't be put off. Staff friendly and helpful accommodation very good, comfortable and lean.

This place was nice and quiet place off the main street can almost miss it because it is down a side street which is why it is nice and quiet place. The staff are so nice and friendly and helpful. I enjoyed this hotel for my Anniversary stay with my wife which we are waiting her immigration. The staff was very considerate in my booking arrangements.
