「Deluxe Double Room, 1 King Bed: We stayed two nights, one in a nice room over top of the pool hall in the back, and another over top of the bar/restaurant facing the waterfront. Being off season, both rooms were quiet enough after bedtime, and we slept well. Internet was good. Breakfast was okay, good enough, but not up to the standards of a modern hotel buffet. Parking was easy, and everything in the town was only a very short walk away.」

「Staff efficient but robotic and lacked empathy. Bedroom tired and the lighting was inadequate when applying make-up. Dim lights might be romantic but a dressing table with a proper lamp so you can see what you look like is essential! 「The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast very good, however the highest priority for me was getting a good night's sleep. The mattress on the bed was awful. The metal springs could be felt through the thin mattress cover to such an extent I found it painful to lie on. I tried adding the spare pillows (single traveller) underneath me but I still barely slept an hour all night. There were also no lights outside or around the building.
