「We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. Super location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and many bus routes. We found a great restaurant where they spoke English just down the street, Restaurante Churrasqueira O Franquinho,...

「Really friendly staff, hotel is clean and modern, AC unit in the Room helps with the immense heat in the summer. You can leave the room and press a button so the staff knows that they can go in and clean. Sometimes they would knock and ask if you need something, really forthcoming.
Staff at the reception is really competent and friendly, our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they fixed it quickly and even brought our stuff to our room.
Gym and pool are nice, Lobby is really luxurious...
