Firstly I need to say that I have stayed at this hotel before, and the reasons I have gone back are multiple - the very kind and friendly staff who all seem to have excellent memories for previous clients; who attend to all I need without any hesitation; cleanliness without exception; the large lounge bar where space enough to have meetings in private; meals available in the bar without having to go to the large restaurant; more than enough choice for breakfast in the restaurant; taxis available very quickly; near enough to the life of Lisbon without the noisy hubbub and also as a solo traveller, the very important feeling of safety! - A huge thank you to all at Sana Metropolitan!

I recently stayed here, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. Just a night stop over before going to the airport, not far from the airport. Excellent lobby and friendly English speaking receptionists, no issues at all, room slightly small for family of 3 but assume set up business rather than families. All the facilities you would expect in a hotel room with also complementary bottle of water. Metro a mile away, not on a bus route that we could find so car/taxi hire or walking to the metro station.

Very nice hotel but not a great location - my fault, thought it was closer to the Stadium than it was. Very close to the airport but you didn't notice the noise from the flights so good soundproofing on the windows.

This hotel is away from the noise of the centre of Lisboa, but is next to the network of connecting roadways, therefore conveniently placed. The hotel is spacious, with a lounge / bar area allowing space to meet up with others in privacy. This bar area also gives options for alternative dining to the restaurant. The various staff teams are without exception, efficient, helpful and friendly. For a lone traveller a place with a definite safe feel.

Marta was good, who checked me in, and Hugo, the breakfast host was very good. I had a problem at night with their bartenders, but heard they're contractors. I had a great room and comfortable bed. I slept well, which I needed! It was quieter than I expected too, being by the airport. I'd stay again. Good breakfast too.
