Room only got cleaned when I requested it, which was strange to me, but it all worked out. Exceptional property. "When I walked through the door last Wednesday afternoon, I was greeted with “Welcome back!” So, it was reassuring that I’d made the right choice in returning to GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin, after a year. That greeting was so genuine and most appreciated. Then, throughout my 5 night stay, I enjoyed lovely interactions with so many staff members. I have grown to LOVE GINN City & Lounge Yorck Berlin. 💖"

"We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience. "
