" The door to my room sticked all the time when you open it. There wasn't no microwave in my room. I left a list of things that was wrong with the room, I hope they got and trying to fix them? "

"Rooms not clean especially bathrooms. Hair in bathtub and shower. Second room assigned blue toothpaste in sink and leak under sink. Beds etc good. Do they purposely assign bad rooms because it is prepaid with Hotels.com.? Rooms rarely feel ideal."

"Extremely helpful and friendly night clerk. Other then that... No fridge in room, only 3 towels total (no hand towels or washcloths), no towel racks, both broken off wall. Was told breakfast 6-8am, there was nothing.. Zero! Not eaten or gone, I was there by 6:15am. Was glad just to have a clean, comfortable bed."
