"Location, location, location is what this place has going for it. It is within walking distance to downtown and the water front. With that being said, if you are looking for luxury or amenities or super clean... This is not the place for you. The flooring, wall color and shower were great but the fridge and freezer were dirty, the floor had oatmeal stuck to it, there was hair and dirt along the door tract and the walls and around the bed. The beds were very firm so if that's your thing then you will love these. The pillows were either extra firm or no substance at all. While the pictures make it look very roomy it was not. The "sitting area" was one chair. The view from the back door was beautiful but the "deck" was very narrow and oddly shaped. With all that being said... The location is fantastic."

"Parking was easy, the staff was friendly and had fun ghost stories, our bridal suite was very charming, but unfortunately located above the restaurant which played music with a strong bass. Even eating at the restaurant, the bass felt like too much but the food was great. Once the restaurant closed, it got peacefully quiet, said for a disembodied sound from where the nightstand was… "
