Hotel was nice, staff is not helpful or nice unless you plan on using there car service, no door man to help. It is an older hotel. But in a nice area for downtown stuff.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, and I excellent beds and roomy bathrooms. Close to everything, walkable neighborhood, and excellent proximity to cruise ship ports. Enjoyed the $10 shuttle to our cruise ship.
