"Great location and loved the room and artwork everywhere. It was a great room and liked how there was a separation door between the two rooms. I wish there was more communication. I tried reaching out about my room details, but was left unanswered. Lucky, the room situation with the two beds works out! "Good central location, although the "view" from our window was straight across to the room window of our adjacent neighbour. Drains smell persisted in toilet and thinnest loo roll paper I've seen anywhere - very poor standard! Despite this, rooms and hotel where very clean and the staff were excellent and welcoming. Breakfast good but utensils and cutlery could run out often. .... I would stay here again."

"Nice large room with high ceiling but could have done with some renovation (window frames etc.) Comfortable bed and furnishings. Access to a fully equipped kitchen and lounge was very useful and comfortable. No real place to leave my bicycle but it was indoors and safe nontheless. I really enjoyed the walking tour of Derry provided by staff at a reasonable price. The staff were only available at their sister location around the corner which could be a little inconvenient. To reach the bathroom I had to go up and downstairs and there was no mirror in the bathroom. The carpets were badly stained in some places."
