「Completely miss sold. In the middle of nowhere, not even a road to get to the property. Do not go here. Booked two nights and we did not stay left after 5 min of seeing what was not shown or communicated. Terrible. We did not even get a refund.」

「The amount I was charged at check-in was more than the amount quoted by hotels.com. The receptionist took the initiatives to explain to me it was due to VAT. Although the increased amount was more than 5%, appreciated the way the receptionist communicated with me. The room quality was OK, but the housekeeping wasn't done on the first day as they said "everyday they clear the room for 1 time, so the check-in date won't get housekeeping service". However, it's true I checked in late at 2PM due...
