The staff was very nice, and the room was nice and clean. Only thing wrong was that the kettle didn’t work well however this was a non issue. Overall a great stay.

Nice and clean spacious rooms. Very accomdating. We checked in around 5am in the morning and checked out at 2pm the same day. We had alot of baggage and needed to find a car rental and go have something to eat and even though we checked out they looked after a baggage for 4 hours with no complaints. Thank you

The staff at this hotel was super friendly. Muhammad, the receptionist, was friendly, courteous and helpful. The rest of the people working at the hotel were also very helpful and courteous. Definitely going to stay here again the next time im in Jeddah ❤️

I liked the size of the suite and the toiletries provided. Location was good close to many restaurants, malls and the airport. Did not like the overwhelming musty, cigarette smoke smell throughout the hotel and rooms, cleanliness was not bad but could be better

The staff, specially the bell boy was super helpful. He helped us get a taxi at 5am when there was no one around to help. He went out his way to do so. The room was super clean, however there was smoke involved which triggered an asthma attack. I would prefer if there was an smoke free option for next time but i will be staying here again
