「The bathroom was not adequately cleaned. The mirror was unclean, hair was present around the toilet, and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were unsanitary. Given the hotel’s price of over $300 per night, I would have anticipated better cleanliness. Otherwise, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing.」

「没什么特别的，很一般。」

「The views were lovely.」

「The house is a good place to stay if you need ample room and want a quiet retreat in Saranac Lake. Its not on the water but within a short drive of downtown and the lakes. If you have mobility issues this isn’t the place for you as the stairs to the second floor are very steep and there are floor level changes. The house manager should, I think, mark the floor level changes with bright tape because it takes a while to remember where they are. The house is pleasant and cosy and we enjoyed staying...

「The stay was overall excellent experience except I had a bit of back and forth with the reception when checking in as I was initially given a different room than I reserved. Except for the first five minutes, the rest of the stay was superb.」

「You will get what you paid for. Okay overall, meets my expectations.」

「Lake view awesome」

「Great stay!」

「The room looked better in the online photos when I booked. Our room had no curtains and the bathroom did not look like the one pictured either. Having said that the room was spacious, very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bath products are quality Beekman products. A suggestion would be to have some bathroom shelves to set toiletries on. We would stay here again.」

「Good location for town and facilities. Big room very good shower, helpful staff at front desk . Beware maybe steps to room.」

「We loved our stay! We will be back!」
