"Very nice place to stay, we were here for 3 nights visiting Sedona. The hotel and room were clean and believe me, I am very picky with hotels. I would definitely come back. We visited in April and unfortunately the pool was closed for the season. It looked so good, we both wanted to jump in there...lol. I highly recommend this hotel."

"2nd time staying here but first time staying when hot tub was open. Was very bothered by the 8 teenage boys that came out from the office and used the pool and spa..was some underage drinking going on along with one of the boys using the spa with their socks on…used racial slurs amonst themselves..thinking that was ok and funny..very bad for business "

"The property is appealing in appearance from the outside. I would suggest getting one of the lamps for each room that has outlets for charging e-readers, cell phones, etc. It wasn't easy finding a place to plug in my CPAP machine which must be by the bed. I also have a hearing aid charger. A couple might have even more. There are a number of men staying here from a paving company. They have gotten a bit loud, but are not likely to do that later. "

"This is a beautiful, well-kept property. Very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful planning tours, advising restaurants, etc. Property is very close to Jerome and Sedona. 4 stars, not 5, because of the noise the guests (child) made every evening in the room above us. Sounded like horses running wild. Reported this to management, but it didn’t help."
