「Stayed for 6 days, hotel did not want to provide towels. They book me 3rs floor said if I wanted towels I’d have to bring my own dirty towels & their elevator didn’t work half days I was there - then can ONLY get 2 clean towels. Clean towels had bunch dirty hairs was gross. Never again especially for that price」

「We got a suite and it was beautiful. We didn't know the fridge was gonna be a full size that was a nice surprise. And the kitchen sinks bigger then mine. Plenty of room for the 5 of us (nephews staying for the summer). Only con was the bathroom has a barn door style and we would of liked a little more privacy. But the room divider curtain was a nice touch.」

「Needed a room after booking 2 others and no rooms available. Quiet, clean enough and slept well.」

「Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I didn't like being approached as I was trying to leave after checking out by people from the street, sweating and wanting me to give them a ride. That made me feel a bit unsafe, and it was right outside the lobby where I checked out. I did raise a concern that some people were walking up, when I was checking out.」

「No hot tub Negatives: 1st room had a broken door knob. Then, we were moved, and had to have the key cards rescanned 3 times to get one that worked. Pool was nasty. Positives: room was clean, staff were nice, and breakfast was great.」

「Staff was rude and room smelled of mold and had parts falling off. Tv didn’t even work well.」

「I have always wanted to stay at The Hotel Bentley and finally had a chance. The lobby is beautiful, the restoration makes you feel as if you stepped back in time. The restaurant and the room that I stayed in, not so much. It's obvious where money was and wasn't spent. The check-in was great and the food in the restaurant was so good! I would definitely eat there again when I'm in town, just wished that the restaurant "felt" like 1908, definitely a missed design opportunity!」
