"When we got there we had to pay a resort fee which is typical! Only to later find out .. the pool was “temporary closed” .. the buffet was reserved for “certain people” the whole day so me and my kids didn’t get a chance to go… the arcade was closed .. then we later found out “you had to be over ..."
