Terrible. We did not get the room we booked and didn’t stay there. Staff couldn’t help because we went through Expedia and said they had nothing to do with it. I will be requesting a refund.

I really appreciated having the suite with a door that closes. Unfortunately, when we arrived there was a shortage of towels and one of the sheets had some small black stains. The night manager was very helpful and got some additional towels and sheets for us.

Horrible Experience – Extremely Disappointed. We had a very disappointing experience at this Motel. We were initially given Room 314, which had a terrible odor that smelled like a dead animal. An odor-removal machine was still running in the room when we checked in, which made it clear there was already a known issue. After we complained, we were moved to Room 328. Unfortunately, that room was also in unacceptable condition. There were stains throughout the bathtub and toilet, stains on the bedsheets and covers, and one of the two queen beds did not even have a blanket. By that point, it was already midnight, and since we were traveling as a family, we had little choice but to stay for the night. I spoke with the manager about our experience, but she refused to offer any compensation and showed very little concern about the condition of the rooms or our overall experience as guests. This was far below the level of cleanliness and service we expected. Unfortunately, this will be our first and last stay at Comfort Suites.
