Although i didn't get to take part in using the pool or hot tub i love that it's available. The cleanliness was amazing. I alsoloved sitting in the balcony late at night After my hard day of work. Felt like i was "at home"even though it was in the middle of downtown.

It was close to everything. We went to Ford Field, which was only a 5-10 minute walk. Theres plenty of restaurants close by to chose from. Or, right next door theres a convenient store, which has all kinds of things to chose from

The check in process was pretty difficult the face recognition was not working properly and the customer service said there is nothing they can do because they don't have staff on site almost had to cancel my reservation luckily at the last minute it decided to work other then that my stay was enjoyable

I think my preference would be to stay in a hotel, but this was a better price and the condo was really great. Clean, all the amenities, great location. I didn't use it, but it has in-unit washer/dryer. Convenient walkable area. I saw that some others had trouble getting in the first time, but I didn't have any issues at all. One huge caveat - check in time is 5 p.m. and you can't store bags for the day so if you get into town early like I did it's very inconvenient.

Great customer service.

Although the air conditioner was not working and our room was hotter than the temperature outside, Nika tried to get someone to fix it and when they couldn’t they reached out to give us a discount on stay. That level on customer care goes a long way with us even though the stay wasn’t ideal. So for that reason we would definitely come back and recommend you.. Everything was clean and tidy.. Everything was there.. Extremely responsive and great communication.

Great place to stay for walking downtown area. Lots of restaurants in the area. Pool and courtyard are awesome. At night there are several clubs that are loud and create limited parking options.

The building and amenities were fantastic. The condo seemed a little dirty, maybe dusty as if it hadn’t been used in a while. Other than that we had a great stay. The location is perfect for Detroit sporting events or bar hopping. We stayed with kids and it worked well, very quiet.

Apartment living

Location and apartment. It was very clean. Far more supplies than anywhere else I have ever stayed. Directions are very easy to follow. Always answered promptly, very few issues.

Nothing special. I payed for cancellation insurance with Expedia and was not informed that the property had their on set of rules for cancellation. So I had to go by myself to this room😡
