「Excellent clean! 」

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. 「My stay was great up till when we were packing up to leave, someone in the cleaning staff opened the door when there was a do not disturb sign on the handle and it was prior to check out time. That made us uneasy.」

「Stayed in a king room on the water side of the building with a 15 month old. Hotel provided a pack and play with a sheet for the toddler. Recommend bring your own mattress for the pack and play. Room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom sink was weird and sprayed water all over. Front desk was helpful and always had someone available. Breakfast option in the hotel was good but expensive. Walking distance to many good places to eat. 」
