「It’s a nice clean hotel. The problem is they don’t have enough housekeeping staff or they have a very hard time managing them. There’s basically no housekeeping. I asked the room to be cleaned 4 times and nothing. Ended up complaining to expedia and got some credit but if you want housekeeping stay away. They don’t really know what they’re doing down there.」

「Plum Point Lodge is located on a nice, quiet stretch of Lake Seneca. The property was very well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The seating area on the dock was fantastic. It was such a relaxing stay, and we will definitely be back again!」

「The room I booked is a lake view room. The view of the room is very good and the room is big enough, BUT,,,,, The blanket on the bed may NOT have been changed for a long time. The very bad smell made me unable to sleep all night. I strongly suggest that the management can quickly check every room, don't let this problem affect the reputation of the Hamptom Inn.」

「Very friendly hosts at a charming nook in the Finger Lakes region. The breakfasts were very tasty (and filling!), the property was beautiful, and there is access to several fun hikes and outdoor activities. If you're looking for a fast-paced location with lots to do, this might not be for you. However, if you're looking for a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is perfect.」

「I absolutely loved this place! Our host, Julie, is incredible. The place has great amenities and is comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located to many of the Lakes’ wineries and breweries. The breakfast she served was delicious! We will be back!」

「This is a historical property that is nicely modernized while keeping a significant level of the historical elements. The rooms are large, nicely furnished and incorporate a theme related to the community and its history. Bed was high quality and we found it to be very comfortable.」

「The view was amazing. The property was a cool 70's retro vibe. It was big enough for all 8 of us. Beds could have been more comfortable. The king bed was great but the rest were futon couches and singles with trundles. Not the best for grown adults. Went up on grape festival weekend. Lots to do for sure. 」
