「Staff was amazing. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms need little TLC」

「Really disappointed. The fan in the bathroom was so loud and couldn’t be turned off without turning the lights off. Air conditioning was also very loud that I couldn’t get a good sleep. So if you are sensitive to noise you should avoid it. The room and furniture dated and didn’t feel comfortable or clean. No coffee maker in the room but there was a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast area and food was fine but nothing special. Parking was fine too.」

「If you are looking for a room that is hands down best price in area this is it. Comfortable beds excellent water pressure and very hot water! The General Manager runs a tight ship, i would have her on my team any day, very hard worker and so is the rest of her staff. The money you save here allows you to visit more of the Awesome Fox Valley/ Naperville!!!」

「The parking was excellent. The staff was great at check-in, and when we asked for a late check out, because I wasn't feeling well, they graciously said that would be fine. I would definitely recommend Hotel Indigo and we will plan to stay there again!」

「This place worked out perfectly for our rain filled Baseball Tournament trip. The breakfast had hot food options. The rooms were a decent size and when we brought in food there was a chair and table for each of us to eat at. It was close to food options, gas stations and other Hotels where the others on our team stayed. Air conditioning struggled a bit once we opened the curtains it was better. They might have been blocking the air flow a little.」

「The facility and location are great, but they are clearly short staffed. We waited in line for a while to check in, and the room was clean but shampoo and conditioner hadn’t been restocked. They were out of cups for the lobby water cooler, and the fitness room was out of water. My mom’s room was 45 min late getting prepared for them, and they got a bogus TV damage charge when they never even used the TV at all. We’d probably choose to stay elsewhere next time.」

「We found a lot of dog hair in our room despite we asked for a non pet room due to my wife's allergy. Additionally, we stayed there for 5 days and nobody went to clean our room in all that time, and we asked for towels, toilet paper, etc, staff never had and they always answer rude. We won't never come back there!」
