「Breakfast was very good」

「It was a bad experience however I got what I paid for, and the 4 night's sleep were good. It reeked of cigarette smoke, the bathtub faucet leaked and when I told the front desk they simply said, "I know" and it leaked the whole 4 days. The breakfast was poor and they closed it down early I'm guessing because they ran out of food, so we only used it the first day. I asked for a hair dryer, and they said we don't have one. 「100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward.
