「The property was very clean and everything worked great in our room, except the wifi. We contacted the front desk to let them know about it and they gave us the phone number to their internet provider and told us to call them. We were dumbfounded. We never did get Wifi on the 3rd floor.」

「I booked through Expedia and for some reason my debit card didn't go through. I have Navy Federal which is a big bank. Never had issues with it. But with Expedia had it happened twice during our trip to Pigeon Forge. The hotel in pigeon forge helped us and let us fix it. But not this hotel. I called and tried to get it fixed on our way home from Tennessee to Pennsylvania. The person who answered the phone was really rude and wouldn't help me. She was awful. I ended up crying at a gas station...

「晚上才入住酒店，沒有水提供，要換衣服去大堂購買，真的有點感覺服務太差了」

「The rooms were very nice, and very clean! The staff were all so kind, a wonderful complimentary breakfast, and the rooms and beds were very cozy and comfortable! The only complaint we had was the elevators. 2/3 elevators were down, which things happen and that’s okay! But it turns out one elevator has been down for over a year, and the other had been down for 7 months. This is an incredibly busy hotel and it would turn to a 15-20 minute wait every time we had to change floors. This is not a...

「Very clean good location」

「Comfortable bed and great breakfast」

「Breakfast buffet wasn't up to Marriott standards. Many of the items were running low.」

「原本的房型臨時被告知無法使用，房型被降級卻不主動提，反而說謊說是升級。沙發，床，窗戶，窗簾等又髒又臭又舊，按摩浴缸的水根本無法產生動力。」

「Our room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The bathroom tub was dated but the tub shower was great! The bed was very comfortable and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet at night. We enjoyed an evening in the lounge and had excellent service and food. We also had lunch here; delicious chicken salad on a croissant with fresh made sweet potato fries, served with a side of caramel to dip them in. Overall, this property is a very nice older hotel and the staff was terrific. I'm...

「!」

「Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.」

「First time staying here. The price was good. The staff was nice. However everything need of update. The room has no mini fridge or a coffee pot. The beds were okay but could use replacing.」

「The room is great!」

「Nice quiet hotel」

「Enjoyed this unique property that was very close to the New River Gorge Bridge and the town of Fayetteville. The little Sportsman cabins were ideal for just the two of us and we appreciated the quiet surroundings. The on location restaurant was very useful during our stay. The fact that they run rafting trips out of here along with ziplining gives folks some great activities. We enjoyed it because it was close to a lot of our hikes.」
