「No room service unless you request it even though they say it is every other weekend for extended stays (and even when I asked I had to do it myself). Advertised that there was a breakfast and there is none. Workout room was decent. I thought the common areas were clean when I arrived but that went downhill the longer I was there (24 nights). 「People moving furniture above my room woke us all up at midnight. Could not go back to sleep. Quiet time starts at 10. Don't all a whole family to check in and midnight and rearrange furniture for 45 minutes. Then started again in the morning woke up to moving furniture again. Called front desk and complained. Worst stay at a hotel that i have ever had as far as noise.」

「The room wasn’t very clean. The carpet had several places that looked like it had not been vacuumed (dirt, etc on carpet). The bedding had stains on the comforter. Breakfast is very limited. Great location, but I’d skip staying here next time.」

「Accessible room shower was broken and changed me to a standard room without notification. As a wheelchair user this is not possible. Ended up having to stay in thr accessible room with no water. Was charged for two nights at full price even though I did not stay thr second night and had requested a refund」
