"Hotel location was great, but rooms were a little stuffy. We were on level 4 and it was relatively sunny out. Good staff, late night bar staff need a little more training. Breakfast is worth missing"

"everything was excellent, the bed just wasnt comfortable, we couldnt sleep properly the mattress was too hard , and very thin pillows, but we would bring our extra ones if it meant booking again, as that was all we could say was wrong for us, the view and everything else including staff and food was 100% definitely recommend to anyone "

"There was no toilet brush in the bathroom, no extractor fan to take away smells and shower steam. There was no side table on one side of the bed, glasses of water, cups of tea, mobile phone and personal items had to placed on the floor beside the bed. Room was clean and tidy"

"The location, the services, breakfast and staff excellent, the only downside is the bed/pillow very uncomfortable, and some noise of moving furniture from 6:30am, when informed staff stated will look into it, unsure whether will visit again as can try better places and competitive prices in Leeds."
