"Beautiful location on Grace Bay. Staff was friendly, kind and always eager to help. Nice quiet adults only pool, with a lovely family pool at the bar/restaurant. Beach front was beautiful and convenient for pick ups right on the water for tours. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping but even easier with hotel bikes which can be signed out for free two hours at a time. Rooms have kitchenettes or alternatively full stoves. Grocery store close by if you want to save some money you can...

"My family & I had a great time staying at Windsong for the week. The beach was beautiful, our room was spacious & nicely equipped, and overall the staff was courteous and helpful. Vernel at building four's beach access and Wilder the rooftop bartender in building four deserve special praise. Both of these guys provided exceptional service on several occasions and went out of their way to make our stay even more enjoyable. If the boss is reading this...Vernel & Wilder both deserve a BIG...

"We were expecting it to be a little nicer based on the price we were paying. I called to specifically request not to have a 1st floor room and they put us in a 1st floor room that was dusty, tv didn't work at first, shower was hard to turn off. They had us look at a higher floor room that turned out to be occupied. Then waited to see a larger unit on a 2nd floor that we ended up taking at a much higher price, after many hours of travel. Decor was a little dated but workable. Staff is very nice. "

"The hotel is now under control of a new owner and will likely be closed for several months. The room we had was phenomenal. You could tell they had given up on keeping it nice though. Not sure what's coming next. "
