「BEWARE. I had high hopes but was incredibly disappointed by the fact that I was not informed about the lack of WiFI service BEFORE checking in. As a result, I had to check out early. I’m now getting the run around to get reimbursed for the nights I did not stay after being told by the front desk staff that I would be reimbursed. Scammers!」

「Unfortunately my family's five day stay was a terrible experience. The hotel is very run down and poorly maintained. And there were issues from the time we arrived. The biggest problem was mosquitoes in and outside our room. I complained to the young receptionist and her first response was very disappointing. I was told that there were some "very important people" including judges expected to arrive and we might not be able to switch rooms. Advice to the young lady: never make a guest feel like...

「The hotel is clean, well maintained, beautiful and modern. My room was the king sized bed and it was spacious and BEAUTIFUL! I enjoyed my stay and the staff was so friendly. I can’t wait to visit again. My only complaint was that there was not enough pineapple juice at breakfast as it ran out and was my favorite juice lol. Excellent hotel!!!」

「On arrival there was a big roach walking across the floor in the lobby. small roaches were also spotted in the corridor and room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However the blanket on the bed had two holes. The bathroom needs hooks and there were none to hang towels. The toilet bowl cover needed a repaint. The face basin faucet was loose and needs to be repaired or replaces. Staff were Ok not particularly conversant in a hospitable way, but polite and responsive. We were told no...
