Beautiful area and view. The room was spotless clean and beds comfortable. The staff was courteous. The tiled pathway to room was slippery, need handrails and non slip mats in certain areas before the infinity pool. Bathrooms need support hand bars. Moving from the room back to reception area with luggage was difficult, esp. climbing the curved stairway.

The location of the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were superb and clean. We loved the private beach and the pool. A huge, huge thank you to the servers and the kitchen staff at the restaurant. I arrived one day and really wanted a veggie roti. They only had chicken and beef on the menu. I asked our server if they had veggie and she said to me "not now but if you want one for dinner I will ask the kitchen to have it ready for you". And they did. And it was delicious! Even better - I didn't finish the full roti as it was massive. The wonderful server said no worries - she packed it for me and said I could bring it to the restaurant at any time and they would reheat it for me. I did this and got two meals for one. I so appreciated this. The only downside was that the bathroom in our room did not have a door. Not a design choice that I like but other than that everything was great.

Disappointed!!!!!!! The resort has great potential but needs major renovation and a larger grounds staff. Property is unkept and dated. Restaurant food is overprice and mediocre at its best. Silver lining- most of the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. But i will not stay at this resort again.

great peaceful location, this is for expedia: stop vip access as it makes no sense I have been to a lot of vip access properties and perks are never available. I keep wondering why book with expedia [Im Platinum] when i do not get points on the chain hotels booked the usual line is "since this is an expedia booking we are unable to put in hilton honors for points"

Great views, and excellent staff and service. The staff were super helpful and patient. We had an additional guest and the front desk person took her time to come up with an elegant solution that was beneficial to all.

While the hotel is somewhat dated, it can't be beat for friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and owners, the gorgeous private beach, multiple pools, large rooms, great vistas, nice restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We loved our time there very much.

Smaller, very friendly charming hotel, on the Atlantic side of the Island. Lovely clean room with an amazing view over the grounds and out to sea. Good food, excellent service from friendly staff. I came to get some peace and relaxation, and to get away from hoards of people, which is exactly what I got. I wish I had stayed longer. Thank you Bacolet Beach Club, I will be back. ♥️🌞♥️

The meal inclusion gives good value for money even though the dining options were limited. The food was tasty. The aged furniture in the restaurant gave it a kind of unclean feeling. The room (on the older side... above the reception) had that unclean feeling as well. Not saying that the room was dirty but it gives an unclean feeling that is a little difficult to descibe. We stayed in the newer buildings before and it did not give that same feeling. Highly reccomend getting a massage while you are there. July was amazing.
