「Breakfast was amazing」

「Staff were great and helpful. The property needs some attention. 2 of the 3 pools weren’t in service. On our last day, there was no water in the hotel for showers or restrooms, suboptimal.」

「The rooms was spacious and beautiful but the toilet was not working / flushing properly, the water in the shower was building up however we told them about it and it got fixed. The ac was not getting cold enough to keep the room cool . There was no ac in the hallways and no elevator so bringing your luggage up the stairs in the heat was not so nice . The restaurant was not working properly, it only opened for breakfast」

After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi.
