The hotel was a comfortable one to stay at. The room was clean and the amenities were satisfying. The all inclusive package was worth the price. The food was tasty and drinks selection was appropriate. I absolutely has no hesitation staying at Tropikist Hotel again.

The breakfast was amazing as always. They always have a perfect spread of local and continental dishes. My room was located directly in front of the pool next to the restaurant. That room was a little outdated by still comfortable.

Excellent service from the moment I checked in until the moment I left—everything was A+! I was escorted to my spacious, exceptionally clean room. When I requested a taxi, it was waiting for me by the time I came downstairs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again and again!

Food was delish. Staff was helpful when asked. Room was spacious and clean. Recommendations- place Face/nose tissues in bathroom. Bathroom needs a toilet paper holder. Toilet paper left on top of sink which is extremely far from toilet; Also- tons of dead space in the rooms. Find more creative and useful ways for furniture layout.

Ver nice hotel a bit dated room but clean spacious and nice view of the ocean , the buffet breakfast was very good, pool was very nice, and the access to the beach was great however one of the people at check A lady with bright pink hair and 12 inch nails was rude and unwelcoming she rolled her eyes and acted as if checking us in was a bother. She gave us welcome drinks with no ice and made us go get them instead of giving them to us not great hospitality everyone else was nice however overall good value

The staff were overall very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very clean and huge with a balcony view of the ocean and swerving swimming pools with lushcious scenery. The property was impressive and wiyld definitely stay there again. It was accessible to other activities and clise proximity to the airport. My family loved it there and the beach was walking distance too. The best of both worlds with great tasting meals. I had one negative encounter with a restaurant manager but made a complaint and it was addressed immediately.

We booked the Deluxe Double Beds room, and it matched the photos exactly. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast options were good. The property overall was also well kept. We would definitely stay here again. Not a far walk for food options.

Reception staff were very courteous and helpful. Amazing breakfast and dinner with elegant, soothing ambience. The facilities were all great standard. The hotel's maintenance, cleaning and restaurant/bar staff were all lovely. Perfect location, less than ten minutes walking distance from the airport and Store Bay.
