「This place is a beautiful hidden gem. We booked this hotel to break up a long drive. We used the pool & hot tub, mini golf and ate at the on-site restaurant. Staff were friendly, hotel is very clean and we slept in a very quiet comfortable room.」

「The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....」

「The coffee spot needs attention the coffee was terrible. I never seen creamer in that type of jar or sugar in the lobby. I am not a complainer but this needs attention. Other that that I wasn't there much and checked out the night before my check out. The mirrors in the rooms are too much my husband was very uncomfortable because of the whole wall a mirror. I asked for a different room I was told all the rooms are the same. I pray I get my deposit as we weren't really there.」

「Great location, beautiful grounds, and very pretty rooms. I don’t expect a lot from a continental breakfast but this one was particularly underwhelming. The “to go” coffee cups ran out even though there were very few guests on that particular day. The electric kettle was not working so there was no hot water for tea or oatmeal. 「Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today.
