"We got stuck in a handicap room where the shower poured all over the floor, and the pressure was very weak. The room and everything else was good. This is one of the better
pet friendly hotels out of the other choices in the area. I wish there were more. "

"Great view of the lake, but this is definitely an older property that has seen a lot of wear and tear and the decor is dated. The room was small, but sufficient for one night. The couple in the room next to us was definitely displeased with their room and complained of strong odor. Not sure if it was a "
pet-friendly" room, since they were traveling with two
dogs, but we did not notice any odor in our room. "

Plum Idea to stay here!
"The Plum Lodge is lovely and comfortable, with purple highlights everywhere.
The refrigerator was capacious. Free muffins and coffee in the lobby.
There is no coffee in the rooms and also no microwave.
This was a great launch pad to see the Finger Lakes area."
