「Love the location of this hotel. It’s up a hill with breathtaking views. In the heart of lake placid. It’s my second time staying there and it won’t be my last !!」

「The hallway carpets need cleaning - stains everywhere. Vending machine on our flour was out of service. Orange juice at breakfast was warm. The room was adequate but not spectacular. Staff was excellent.」

「The property was very nice. Rooms were clean and the whole place was well kept.」

「Room was excellent. Pool area was excellent and super convenient to utilize, hot tubs were wonderful. Breakfast was great, all the food was superb and very convenient. The staff is excellent, can't say enough about the property and the staff. We will most definitely be back.」

「The room looked better in the online photos when I booked. Our room had no curtains and the bathroom did not look like the one pictured either. Having said that the room was spacious, very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bath products are quality Beekman products. A suggestion would be to have some bathroom shelves to set toiletries on. We would stay here again.」

「You will get what you paid for. Okay overall, meets my expectations.」

「This place thrives on location being in the heart of Lake Placid and wonderful rooms. We had an issue with parking as the valet lot was full. They only had one working elevator, which are already slow and small and shared with the staff. We did find a "secret" elevator used to access the roof top bar. This looks to be a service elevator but it was quicker than the hotel elevator. The staff was ok, reminded me more of the back up team. Not what you expect from a Portfolio hotel at the price...

「nice trip」

「I enjoyed my stay. The room was beautifully remodeled, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to add a microwave, which would make the room even more convenient.」

「We loved our stay! We will be back!」
