"Amazing staff, great location. But: Was not good value for money, compared to other Vietnam hotels. Very dated hotel, in need of update. A lot of trash around gardens. The food was very average. General style and decor of resort a bit barren and dated. Inadequate English of many staff (other than duty manager who was excellent). When I called ahead, the receptionist spoke inadequate English to guide me to how to get to the hotel. We did a cooking course that was o.k., but again minimal English...

On y parle que le vietnamien, l'endroit n'est pas très propre, j'ai d'ailleurs eu un empoisonnement alimentaire dû au poisson congelé qu'ils m'ont servi, suivi d'une visite à l'hôpital. Le site est impossible à trouvé par nous même. Aucun service de navette ou transport offert. Aucun restaurant à proximité. Aucune activité sur les lieux n'est offerte. Aucun...
