「The staff and room were amazing. The reason I’m giving a 3 instead of 5 is that the food in the restaurant was horrible. $18 for nachos with cheese burned on them, overcooked wings and soggy pizza. 5/5 for hotel 0/5 for restaurant」

「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned...

「Entrance and breakfast room is clean and well maintained. Great breakfast.Rooms needs major renovation. Needs in room electrical outlets to charge phone etc...beddings could be better.. would need improvement.」

「Pet friendly. Near main strip, lots of dining short walk away. Room was spacious, clean. Cameras everywhere, security; felt safer than other places in Thunder bay. Great breakfast spread/ many options.」

「There is no individual room air conditioning and the staff said it was set at 68 which is impossible as the room was at 75 with my thermometer. Huge gap below the door so had to plug it for the night. Bathroom toilet seat was stained and burned. Floor was gritty and there were spill stains on the wall. The whole building is not maintained. Never again.」

「Poor communication for our room was only contacted by email , they didn’t call about my reservation. Room was unavailable upon arrival. I cannot answer emails while driving on a trip why wasn’t I notified with a phone call it’s 2026 ?」
