Under new ownership and very unorganized. They didn’t have my reservation till I showed them my confirmation. The room and bed were nice enough but had to run a space heater as room unit didn’t work.

I was so wanting to stay here but when we got there....was disappointed. There was no TV in the common area and no amenities on the property like they show in the pictures. They are getting ready to renovate the property. I don't feel they should have charged me full price for my room. With nothing to do and no TV in common area. Staff were friendly. But disappointing.

Staff were friendly, the Inn is very run down and out dated, rooms were clean aside from stained sitting chairs. The breakfast area could have been nicer— written notes on old scrap paper and old coffee stained paper towel on an old cookie sheet to hold the coffee carafes. The outside gardens had not been tended to at all but the lake view was pretty. There was only sheer curtains on our windows so privacy was lacking. The entire place had an “old cottage- like smell” to it that was unappealing. Good water pressure in the shower, bath towels were clean and crisp, however mine had a hole in it. It was nice and quiet for sleeping but the bed was hard. It met our needs with no frills at all and was a convenient place for us to stop on our route.

This property is unique and full of history. The staff was very nice and they let us use the fully equiped kitchen. Great view from the terrace. Very comfortable room. It is close to some very nice hiking trails.

The history and quaintness of this beautiful property. As with all historic buildings it is shutting down for possible renovations. I do hope that this lovely building will be restored. This is one of the last chances to experience the beauty of this lovely zinn. I was not disappointed

The hotel was nice and the room was quite clean. It is an older hotel and it setup as such. The room I was in had a bed and a bathroom. The town of Red Rock did not have much going on but it is was nice and quite and everyone was quite friendly.

The staff at the Red Rock were absolutely amazing - they made me feel like family and welcomed me with open arms. The view was stunning, and the food at the lodge was absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be recommending this place to all my friends, and I can't wait to return. I'm especially looking forward to seeing it once all the renovations are complete!

Overall pur stay was okay. The bathroom was tiny and the place was in need of a revamping but the lady at the front was super nice and the place was quiet. That is all I need.

Located besides a lake, very quiet environment. The hotel is like a museum, full of story and history. Very unique. Just a bit too old. Old carpet, old windows, old furnitures.
