「Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. 「Overall it's good. The service is excellent, and the room is cosy. But there was only one drawback which we met a private party. Therefore, the spa, Sunna cannot used as much as we can.」

「Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away. Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as. I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. 」

「Very good hotel, less than a minute's walk from the beach. Could not fault the hotel's welcome and their breakfast was always excellent. Two points to highlight: There are a number of stairs inside the hotel which some people may struggle with. Secondly, the hotel's car park is 'first come, first served' so once you get a bay I'd recommend you leave it there for the night. I had to go out with the car and returned late to the hotel which meant I lost my bay for that night - be aware!」

「Lovely place to stay. Our room (10) was very quiet. It was a bit warm but it is summer so to be expected. Bed was comfortable. Food was fantastic for brekkie. Lots of options and very generous. Lovely staff who were very friendly and helpful. 」

「This is a cheap hotel in the middle of sheerness. No it’s not five star but service was excellent. Can’t remember the last time a staff member showed you to the room. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Lovely self contained property, in beautiful position right on the Syndale Valley trail and 2 miles from Doddington Gardens, well worth a visit. Property contained every facilitiy required, bath and walk in shower, plentiful hot water and comfy bed. Breakfast produce left for first morning which was a lovely touch, hosts very good, there but not too intrusive - a wonderful stay.」

「Driftwood Beachhouse is perfectly located to enjoy fresh air, birdsong and peace and quiet. Jez was a great host, really friendly and accommodating, giving us helpful local advice and getting the hot tub ready each evening. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and outside spaces are really charming, decorated with character and you feel at home. Highly recommended!」
