"I arrived one hour earlier and I was told to wait which is fine, but I asked to be allowed to use the restaurant area to work on my computer which was closed and allegedly being cleaned, there was no one there and I ended up waiting in a couch at the lobby for the whole hour. Although the employee at the reception came to the couch after the hour to check me in, I was a bit bother by his attitude earlier but the process of checking in and everything else in the hotel was great"
