"To start as we arrived in Mexico City I never received the checking information. Calling customer service was the worst, i finally got some one to answer all to be a person in Peru. The checkin instructions are not clear. Checking is on the 2nd floor.
It was a group of 5 we were only given one key card to get inside. Everything from requesting additional entry door key cards has to be done with the app on Expedia Expedia couldn’t neithe get ahold of anyone as I did. The apartment had an...
