Incredible stay! The cabin was large and spacious with a beautiful big fire place which the staff help to light. The bath was amazing and the bed so comfortable! Each morning we played tennis and then enjoyed the sauna. We didn’t even realize there were other amenities when booking since there were no photos of the pool or shared spaces. The staff were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this stay!

En general, es una experiencia muy buena y agradable. Es nuestra segunda visita y nos gusta mucho. Algunos detalles que podrían hacer mejor aún la experiencia: 1. Así como las cabañas tienen calefacción, sería bueno que también tuvieran aire acondicionado. 2. Es una experiencia para llevar alimentos propios, por lo que tener un minibar/refrigerador más grande, ayudaría mucho. 3. El agua caliente se acaba rápido, sobretodo después de llenar la tina. Sería bueno cambiar a calentadores de paso, en vez de tanque. 4. Afuera, la hamaca es buena idea. Sin embargo, podrían agregar un par de camastros para tener más lugar para tomar el sol. 5. A lo mejor se busca una experiencia de desconexión, pero tal vez agregar una televisión no sería mala idea. Me encantaría prender la chimenea en la noche mientras veo una película. 6. Tanto en nuestra primera experiencia como en esta, la leña para fogata fue muy mala, húmeda y muy difícil de hacer prender. Batallamos mucho con la fogata. Indispensable tener buena leña y seca!! Por lo demás, excelente y muchas felicidades. Prometemos regresar pronto!

Staff muy amable, habitación y areas comunes muy hermosas (stylish, new, clean, great architecture very beautiful), naturaleza increible. El único punto que no nos agrado es que el hotel no cuenta com un restaurante (tampoco con equipos de cocina en la habitación), entonces la logística para comidas, especialmente para desayuno, era difícil.

Tranquilidade en Valle de Bravo

Fue una estancia estupenda en un lugar muy bonito del valle. Ofrecen muchas comodidades como chimenea y barbacoa. Disponen de zona club con piscinas climatizadas. Además tuvimos desayuno gratuito y mucha amabilidad por parte de todo el personal.

Es una maravillosa cabaña donde se puede disfrutar de la naturaleza y tranquilidad. La gente que labora ahí es muy atenta, nos hicieron sentir muy atendidos, la caminata de 7kms es maravillosa (Alejandro nos guió). Nos ofrecieron desayuno delicioso. Y Avandaro queda relativamente cerca para comer o cenar. Lo recomiendo

Extraordinaria experiencia, bellísimo lugar, la habitación confortable, el servicio magnífico! Vale mucho la pena pedir cabaña con alberca, tiene agua caliente e hidromasaje. La experiencia de la tina al interior también es súper relajante. La vista al amanecer magnífica, cada rincón de la cabaña es confortable, cuenta con fogata, cortinas eléctricas, alexa, luces inteligentes, wi fi en toda el área de la propiedad, cafetera con insumos de cortesía, copas (para una rica velada), sala exterior, chimenea eléctrica y de leña, por lo que no pasarás frío, la cama es súper confortable con edredón de plumas, almohadas cómodas. Excelente higiene y presentación. Destacable la amabilidad de todo el personal, sin duda tuvimos una estancia memorable. Mil recomendable, un lugar al que me encantaría volver para una estancia más larga.

La tranquilidad que se vive, un excelente lugar para descansar, pero también hacer actividades deportivas y recreativas. Hay un lugar cercano para andar en bici de montaña, bastante recomendable. El personal que atiende es el mejor y más atento. Se convirtió en nuestro lugar favorito de Avándaro. Hay que reservar con tiempo porque ese lugar, aunque tiene poco de construido, va a ser todo un éxito. La mejor experiencia que pudimos vivir.
