Overpriced. We were assigned a tiny room with no privacy. The curtains did not close all the way allowing a direct view of the bathroom and bed. Knees touched wall when using the toilet. For $150 USD definitely not worth it. This hotel should be $70 USD max.
El personal es muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia sin embargo olía a humedad, considero falta ventilación, la ventaja es que son habilitaciones separadas.

A mejorar: la puerta del baño de la habitación se atoraba, los calefactores de gas en la terraza del restaurante no funcionaban, las toallas de la alberca muy desgastadas, no funcionó el vapor del spa.
En general, el mantenimiento es mediano y el precio está por encima de cuatro estrellas. Las habitaciones no son muy diferentes a un hotel de 2 estrellas.
Nuestro cuarto tenía goteras y parte del techo era de policarbonato sin cortina. Llovió toda la noche entonces se escuchaba un ruidoso durísimo y entraba muchísima luz.
No me pareció que corresponda a la categoría que lo tienen
La verdad la pase de maravilla, no tengo ni 1 sola queja, todo fue maravilloso, excelente servicio

El lugar es muy lindo, lo único malo es que el tipo de construcción que tiene hace que se escuche absolutamente todo lo que pasa en otras habitaciones, se escuchaba muy claro lo que hablaban las personas de otros cuartos como si estuvieran allí conmigo., es incómodo y además no permiten dormir no descansar.
La cama sumamente dura, al dormir de lado me tenía que cambiar en diversas ocasiones porque me generaba dolor la dureza del colchon, no era firme era duro
El staff no muy bien capacitado, el restaurante tenia precios muy elevados. En la madrugada nos despertó el ruido de algo que movía las tejas del techo quizas un mapache. No disfrute la estadía. Tiene linda vegetación, es lo único positivo.
Excelente experiencia, superó nuestras expectativas. Las istalaciones muy lindas, la atención de todo el personal fue con gran amabilidad y siempre resolviendo nuestras peticiones. Los alimentos excelentes y extraordinario servicio en el spa. Muy buena noche de trova. Un área de oportunidad es renovar las toallas que prestan para el área de alberca. Queremos regresar pronto.
