We stayed here for four nights! The room was comfortable, a little bit of traffic noise in the mornings, a cute private deck, comfortable bed and good breakfast! We also ate dinner at the restaurant three nights. The pizza was amazing as well as the pesto pasta! Staff were great. We enjoyed the upstairs hot tub as well two nights. We did lots of walking, went to see the butterflies, and enjoyed the side streets and different shops. The price was more than reasonable!! Would return for sure!

Valle de Bravo it’s nice but is much, much better on the South side of town. Nicer houses, stores, galleries, and restaurants. Avandaro it’ worth it also.

The hotel is rustic, but overall well-preserved. The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

El hotel esta impecable. Para empezar la ubicación super centrica, estacionas tu carro y exploras. Las habitaciones super limpias, amenidades super lindas, agua fresca disponible todo el dia. El restaurante con excelente comida y precios. Mi madre fue fan de los jardines. Reserven un masaje, no se arrepentiran!

Tenemos un perro y cuando buscamos el hotel para hospedarnos 3 personas en Bravo en Valle , buscamos una propiedad que aceptara mascotas y reservamos; y cuando llegamos al hotel nos dijeron que solo recibían mascotas en el restaurante, pero no en las habitaciones, les explicamos que al buscar en expedía decía que si aceptaban mascotas en ese hotel, pero nos dijeron que no y nos decían que en la parte de enfrente (el estacionamiento) si tenían habitaciones pero eran para 2 personas, pero estaba muy fea la parte de enfrente y no era para 3, así que nos asignaron una habitación en parte de abajo que no correspondía a la categoría que reservamos y pagamos y además se escuchaba demasiado ruido y no se descansaba bien, tuvimos que aceptar pues a donde no nos movíamos estando ya allí Si no aceptan mascotas que sean claros y no engañen a la gente en las paginas de internet y cobren por algo que no van a cumplir

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cuanta con su estacionamiento, el centro a unos 10 min caminando por lo que es muy accesible. De camino hay tiendas y un Oxxo. Nos hospedamos mi hija y yo, y nos tocó una recámara súper amplia, afuera de nuestra habitación teníamos acceso a dos dispensadores de agua uno natural y otras de sabor. Cuando ingresamos a la habitación había fruta y dulces de cortesía, detalle que nos agradó. El personal siempre atentos y amables. Algo que me encantó fue lo cómoda que era la cama y las almohadas! 10/10 También nos gustaron los productos de aseo personal que coloca, son artesanales y huelen delicioso.
