「Loved this stay. We spent two separate nights overnight before flying out to our final destination. The rooms were clean and the front desk service was attentive and exceptional. Thank you Rachael! We enjoyed breakfast but would have enjoyed more vegetarian options and Caribbean flavours there. Our first night there was salt fish, on our second stay there were banana fritters. A vegetarian protein would be helpful every time. Otherwise, a great stay with no complaints. Would stay here again!」

Unfortunately, no beach. Didn’t utilize the pool but it was nice. The mango trees on site were delightful and the mangos delicious.」

The room was very clean and comfortable. The property itself was well maintained and clean. I visited the restaurant on the property and the services , staffs were great. 「An absolutely incredible experience; start to finish! Pre-departure, the hotel staff ensure smooth airport transfers as well as a full menu of daily activities to consider. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, Mandarin's hotel staff exceeded our expectations. There is plenty to do on the premises and the food was excellent. The surrounding restaurants are also terrific and everything is a short drive from the hotel. Highly recommended. 」

「No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!」
