「We were a very short stay , for the time were there the staff were excellent 」

「Close to every thing. The staff went over and above to take care of my husband who arrived not feeling well. They are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was great. The lady that served us was polite. The housekeeper attentive to our needs. I would be staying there again. The room was unique, just my kind vintage style 」

「Struggling to find positives … shuttle driver awesome and weekday staff were nice but weekend staff seemed disinterested. Located far from Beaches and town so the shuttle is a necessity. Rooms were clean but water pressure non existent. 」

「Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was included but VERY limited. 4 days I was there, options were eggs, French toast, bacon, a vegetable, some toast. Some juice and yogurt. There was more people then quantity of food provided. The staff can improve on providing a list of food options. I didn’t know there was a restaurant across the hotel till last day. Could have grabbed food from there instead of taking a cab to town. 」

「This is an older property but well maintained overall. Reception staff were wonderful. Wait staff for breakfast was terrible at best. Service was beyond slow. 3 other tables did not receive any silverware, salt and pepper, never checked in and took 55 minutes for food to arrive. I have to ask for silverware and took salt and pepper from other tables. Much improvement is needed here. Staff was sitting and talking to each other rather than working. 」

「There is no elevator in this hotel and that is not advertised at all, but should be. After being told at check in that we would be moved the following morning to a first floor since a member of our family could hardly walk up and down the steps, that did not happen. There was a lot of steps to walk down to get to the ocean, however, once there, the view was amazing. Ended up leaving the vacation early because it was too painful to continue to walk the steps to get to the room. There was a...
