「This property was all around perfect. The resort was very clean and we had zero issues with comfortability. Staff was pleasant and eager to help no matter the task. Food was outstanding, and the amenities were enjoyable! The resort was not overly crowded but not uncomfortably quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat.」

「Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」

「My room could've been more welcoming with a signature scent. There was a bit of a smell. Overall the resort staff are pleasant but I do think that they could maintain grounds keeping a bit more. The buffet and restaurants were fairly decent and the bars were great. Overall I had a good experience.」

「I did not like the nightly food that was specifically prepared for me n my family.i stayed for 5 nights and the only time i enjoyed my dinner was the last night before i left.It was Caribbean night. I did not like Italian night,or French night and it was not much of a variety for me. Another thing is all inclusive I did not appreciate signing a nighty receipt of how much the food would have cost us if we didn’t do all inclusive. I came for vacation n not to see that.
