「Overall experience is brilliant: good lake view, good service, clean, comfortable. But there's only one drawback: the shower drains very slow. I had to finish shower in 5 mins to avoid water flooding out. I still highly recommend this hotel. 」

There are no reception staff - but very clear instructions regarding access to the property are sent to you before arrival and further information is provided in the room. We were here for one night and it was ideal for our short stay. 」

「Excellent and relaxing place to stay. You can walk out of the hotel and climb a Wainwright, then return for a relaxing time in the Spa. Staff are really friendly and professional. 」

「之前看评价说房间很差，担心了半天，入住后觉得一点也不差，就是房间里没有wifi信号（房间内收费），自己的网络也时有时无。如果选择一楼前台区域楼上的房间，可以接受到大堂的免费wifi信号。 我最喜欢的走10分钟来到海边栈道，一路晨跑，再看个日出把自己感动到哭。栈道会途径一个小镇及它的火车站，可以让你拍很久。」

「Got a last minute deal and was then upgraded. Very comfy bed, quiet room wifi worked well , refurbished shower hot and strong. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious . Minimal staff tried hard and very friendly. 」
